Was a busy day.

Tried to modify the data to create useful labels for the model. 

Competition : San Francisco Crime Classification

Update on Dec 23: I was planning to try this using many one vs all classifications which is quite tedious for 39 labels and there are alternative methods to do this using Deep Learning methods. Since I haven't dived deep into Deep Learning yet, I'll complete this and make a submission later.
